Meeting reports, action plans and timelines are the 1-0-1 of our client services team.  Expect to read them within 12hrs of a meeting, understand your actions and feel confident that the team is working hard to deliver your project.

 

Total transparency in finance  

There is nothing more frustrating than not having financial transparency.  We will give you this and ensure that all out of scope deliverables or actions are flagged as far in advance as possible.    

 

A team that can recognise and mitigate project risks

Not many agencies are concerned with risk.  We are.  Our clients don’t like surprises and nor do we.  Alongside status reports, we will run a risk log for all Brash project deliverables, highlighting the risk, level of concern and suggested mitigating actions.
