So when dnata one of Dubai's oldest businesses came to us and said we have an internal cultural challenge, we didn't say you need a new logo. Instead we understood the problem, wrote a methodology that focused on an inside-out process, asked them to structure a delivery team and then created a new vision, mission and values with an internal communications program.
We have taken the same approach with Logica Plc, Averda, Emaar, Dohaland, Mubadala, Masdar and Savola Group to name but a few.
