An authentic brand that accurately captures the spirit of Doha and Qatar. The circular brand mark represents both the ancient stone well and a window to the future; promising opportunities, rooted in solid foundations. The mark symbolizes and echoes the gathering of people, communities, society, architecture, sustainability and culture. All key elements that influence the identity of Msheireb Properties’ developments.
The fluent shape of the symbol makes the brand approachable and natural; its stone surrounds are asymmetrical but clearly form a pattern that the eythe completes. It reflects the very life of the local community, it being both diverse and connected. The mark’s typographic style is modern, yet has a clear foot in tradition. Its distinctive olive green connotes the environment and the developer’s very honest commitment to explore more sustainable ways to live within urban communities.
