BRIEF

Within the Burj Khalifa would reside the Armani Residences, Gorgio Armani's first personally designed, luxury residential project.  These are a 144 highly desirable, one and two bedroom units that are almost unique. How can we leverage the presitigous Burj Khalifa and Armani brands to optimise the sale value?

CHALLENGE

Although the market would be small for the exclusive Residences it was not practical or feasible for people to experience this in Dubai.  Therefore to experience the Residences potential buyers and the press would need to experience them closer to home.  

SOLUTION

Our response was to create an experience that transported people in the New York, Moscow, London and Mumbai to the Armani Residences in Burj Khalifa.  This was achieved through the creation of a travelling roadshow that was designed to capture the beauty of the Burj and Downtown with the intricate and personal of Gorgio Armani as represented in the Residences.
